adding hdiff links to Haskell News

Hi all,

I created a small mod to the Haskell News front page which adds links to the hdiff repo for Hackage news items.

You can try it out by downloading just a few small files at:

Hackage new items will have an extra (hdiff) link so you can see a diff between the old and new package versions.

Feedback appreciated! If it seems to work fine for everyone I'll create a PR and perhaps we'll see it on the official site.
