Updating tasty-html to bootstrap3

I created an experimental branch [1] to assess how much work would it
be to update tasty-html to bootstrap3. It turns out it'd be easy
enough, but before continuing any further, I think now it'd be a good
time to get some feedback.

Aside of the arguably improved aesthetics of bootstrap3, I see the
main gain going to maintainability. Previously I was editing the
compiled bootstrap files (css compiled from less files), mainly for
inlining resources [2], now I'm maintaining a separate bootstrap3 fork
where the source can be directly edited and compiled. This fork allows
an easier upgrade process from upstream in the future.

Other advantages of the current approach is that the icons are now
fonts instead image sprites and that bootstrap-tree dependency is no
longer necessary (this is what it tied us to bootstrap2 in the first
place).

I uploaded a screenshot [3] of a preliminary test run so you can get
an idea of how is looking now.
