mirrors.json is expired

Currently, the mirrors.json file on Hackage is expired, which may cause issues for Stack users, especially for first time users trying to download the package index. There's a full explanation and a workaround available at:

Even if you're not affected, if you have the interest please take the time to read that issue and vote on whether to disable the expiry checks in Stack by default.
