Hackage documentation for repa-3.2.5.1

There doesn't appear to be any documentation on Hackage for repa-3.2.5.1. Also, it'd be nice to update the "bug tracker" to this group instead of the dead link currently on Hackage.

Looks like this is still a problem in 3.3.1.2. Other packages have this issue as well, so I'll try to figure out how to post a hackage bug report.

Look like now 3.3.1.2 actually has some docs at Hackage.

But since http://hackage.haskell.org/package/repa-3.3.1.2/reports/ is still empty I suspect that Ben simply uploaded the docs manually.

Also a problem in 3.4.0.1. Seems like a persistent issue.
