I'd like to draw your attention to HF proposal #53: module naming conventions.


The new proposal doesn't directly concern the CLC, because it does not affect `base`; but I think it's quite likely that some of you might have well-informed opinions.

Also one comment says:

I'm just bike-shedding here, but it seems like ghc-experimental should actually be called "base-experimental". Because the code living in it has a life-goal of moving into base, and users are encouraged (or at least not forbidden) to use it in their own code.

I believe that @bodigrim at least didn't want it to be called `base-experimental` but I can see the author's logic.  Again, you may have views.

Please do respond on the proposal thread.
