Link to CLC on Hackage

Dear CLC members,

Not so long ago, I noticed that the main Hackage page has a link to an outdated wiki page about CLC

https://hackage.haskell.org/

I created a pull request to Hackage to update the link to the GitHub repository:

https://github.com/haskell/hackage-server/pull/1187

However, during a review, a question was raised, whether a link to CLC belongs to Hackage.

I would like others to chime in and express their opinion, as I don't think I should decide this by myself.

I think the incorrect link should be corrected. The decision whether
it should exist at all should be made separately.
