[CLC] looking for a new transformers maintainer

Dear CLC members,

Ross Paterson has explained in an email that he wants to step down from
maintaining transformers.

If any of you have ideas on who to ask, feel free to make suggestions here.

So to me appointing sjshuck seems like a no-brainer, but I do want to
avoid another bus factor issue, so I'd like to see more than one.
