Apply to be a maintainer for array package

Hello committee,

I'm writing to apply to be a volunteer maintainer for array package. Currently, I'm a collaborator of haskell-language-server and I'm also a 2021 GSoCer contributed to haskell-language-server. Although I'm not very active in haskell community as before, several hours per month for array package is acceptable. I hope array is a good start for me to get in touch with GHC :)
