[CLC] Votes for February 2026

Hi,
We have 2 terms ending in February 2026 and one vacated seat from Moritz.
Matt Parsons will be up for re-election. I decided not to run again (my other open source work has suffered badly due to my CLC responsibilities).
I guess that means I have to conduct the election, but I woud not mind if Teo takes that over.
We will also have to decide on the new size of the committee. We're free to shrink or extend.
My suggestion is to keep it at 10, unless new candidates are lacking.
