Work activities:
• Implement solutions based on current industry standards and best practices.
• Install, configure, manage, and administer Dell VxRail and related technologies.
• Install, manage, and administer VMware ESX, vSphere, NSX, and VMware Site Recovery Manager
(SRM)
• Install, configure, and manage hyperconverged technologies and environments.
• Troubleshoot storage, network, and compute issues through to problem resolution.
• Engineer new hyperconverged/software defined storage solutions to meet the enterprise standards
and requirements.
• Adhere to established processes related to Change/Problem/Incident Management
• Perform regular security assessments and remediations on infrastructure for identified vulnerabilities or exploits

 Skills/experience of the assigned staff:
Required
• Ability to work effectively as a team lead; collaboration and leadership skills are key
• 3 plus years of experience in system integration, designing, building, and administering
hyperconverged environments, disaster recovery, data protection solutions, and troubleshooting
• Networking and security within a hyperconverged environment, including SAN and NAS protocols
• VMware VCP certification and related skill sets including vSphere/ESXi, vSAN, Site Recovery
Manager (SRM)
• NSX Experience
• Knowledge of Dell EMC VxRail infrastructure solutions and their related technologies, i.e.: HCI, and
HCI based appliances.
• Current experience with Dell VxRail backup technologies, i.e., Dell EMC Integrated Data Protection
(IDP) software, i.e., EMC Data Domain and Avamar; and hardware, i.e., IDPA
• Current Juniper Network technologies experience a PLUS
• Cloud architecture experience
• Proficiency with identity management platforms and protocols including AD DS, AzureAD (Entra ID),
LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and SSO
