Responsibilities:
1. MUST, take ownership and personally feel personally accountable to Verizon as a whole in order to complete projects to the best of their abilities.
2. MUST, be honest and proud to celebrate failures by sharing experience and lessons learned with all via WhitePapers.
3. Take point on moving tasks to completion at the direction of PATL (Lenore, who has not started yet)
4. Attend Stand-Up calls and work out of Jira
5. Update documents in Confluence using the WYSIWYG and Draw.io (Lucidchart)
6. Know how to connect CCAI with Cisco and Avaya Platforms
7. Know how to work with DevSecOps and QE in TDD
8. Experience with SDLC in a automated RM process with strict cycling
9. Work in an Agile framework
10. Able to automate testing and provisioning needs
11. Able to work well on a matrixed team
12. AppDec Skills:
o Working with Datasets, Python, JavaScript, Java, Databases, IDEs, Repos (Git/Hub) in an enterprise or service provider environment with Use Case validation while working in LivePerson, Cisco, Avaya, Nuance, etc...
o Designing ladder diagrams and workflows prior to work starting while documenting and following all security policies
o Tune Intents, Create Entities, Understand and Analyze Training Phrases for ML models, etc...
o Deep Understanding of CCAI and Dialogflow
o Experience with BotPress and migration to CCAI in an enterprise or service provider environment
o Experience with Vendor Takeover Processes in an enterprise or service provider environment
o Experience with Google AppScript
