[ANN] Consul 1.9.3 Released

Hello everyone,

We just released Consul 1.9.3 which includes minor enhancements and a few important bug fixes. This out of band release was

• Fixed a bug in v1.9.x that could cause autopilot to stop functioning after a snapshot restore.
• Several improvements and fixes to WAN federation via mesh gateways.
• Add support for the consul tls ca create command to generate Connect CA certificates.
• Fixed a bug causing missing or duplicate service instance health check listings in the UI.

All versions are available now for OSS and ENT customers in the usual locations.
