●有发票、有保卡:神舟公司将提供"三包服务"、并提供自"购机日期"算起的保修服务。
●没有发票、有保卡:神舟公司将不提供"三包服务"、只提供自"购机日期"算起的保修服务。
●没有发票、没有保卡:神舟公司将不提供"三包服务"、只按照产品机身上的序列号查询生产日期,提供自"出厂日期"算起的保修服务。
★特别说明:神舟笔记本对待"没有发票"的态度比较宽松。如果没有发票,还可以按照保卡上面的"购机日期"计算保修时间(大多数笔记本生产商,都只会按
照"出厂日期"进行计算)。
