Suggestion: Implement an In-House Q&A system

Hi,

Just thought that it could be helpful to implement a Q&A (like StackOverflow) system for Hasadna's Developers.
Two systems i found are:
Askbot (http://askbot.org/doc/index.html)
OSQA (osqa.net)

Both open source written in Python over Django.
