Dear Interested Parties,

This is to inform you that the Planning Commission will hold its second public hearing on Baltimore City’s newly proposed zoning code (TransForm Baltimore), City Council Bill #12-0152/Comprehensive Rezoning.  This hearing will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2012, at the Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) Liberty Campus, 3100 Towanda Avenue.  The doors will open at 5:00pm and staff will be available to answer questions from the public, from 5:00pm to 5:55pm.  At 6:00pm staff will give a 20 to 30 minute presentation and afterwards, the Commission will take public testimony.

The hearing location on the BCCC Liberty Campus is the West Pavilion Auditorium within the West Pavilion Building, which is located on the north side of Liberty Heights Ave (formerly the Liberty Medical Center Campus).  The address is 3100 Towanda Ave.  If arriving by car, it is best to use Towanda Ave;  there is a parking lot off of the access road that leads to the West Pavilion Building.  Also, staff will be on hand to provide directions to the auditorium.

Also, all hearings are subject to change; therefore, please check our web site by visiting www.rewritebaltimore.org or obtain information by phone by calling 410-396-5173.
