HURC Sat meeting ROOM CHANGE Robinson 106

Dear HURC-ers,

In response to people's super busy schedules, we decided to have some guidelines for club members: 

• Starting next week, we will have TWO building sessions each week. One on Saturday, 2pm, and one on Tuesday/Wednesday (depending on Doodle). 
• Both weekly meetings are open for ALL HURC members to come
• To be considered for the official team in the case that we do compete in VEX and the Drone games, you have to CONSISTENTLY show up to AT LEAST one meeting this week. 
• Benefits to consistently showing up to meeting: you are on the team, you will be one of the few to get RobotC license, you get to actually build and design the robot (rather than just showing up once or twice where you miss out on most of the building's detail). 
• $40 club dues are due November 9th, 2013. This club dues goes into the purchase and maintenance of robotic kits.

• Fill out this Doodle for the meeting time of the second building session each week. If you want to make this work for your busy schedule, you should fill this out! Notice that this doodle poll refers to your availability EVERY WEEK, not just the one week that the Doodle states.

• Show up to the building session tomorrow. We will be working on making the VEX clawbot joystick-friendly. Tomorrow's meeting will be in Robinson 106. Again, there is a room change specific to TOMORROW ONLY. IT'S ROBINSON 106. at 2pm-4pm. 
• Install RobotC trial on your computer
• Bring club dues.
