Harvard On The Move is a University-wide initiative created to promote physical and psychological wellness through non-competitive walking and running programs.  The initiative includes weekly walks and runs led by Alexios Monopolis, program manager & coach, and workshops and lectures highlighting cutting edge research and practical hands-on information.  Harvard On The Move is free and open to students, faculty, staff and alumni, as well as our neighbors in Cambridge and Boston.
