Sign Up Sheet! Timeslots for Office of Sustainability Fair

Hey friends, 

As Ali said, we've been invited to showcase our car as one of the projects at the Office of Sustainability at Harvard Showcase and Reception tomorrow (Monday 4/10) 3:30-5:30pm at the Knafel Center (Radcliffe Gymnasium, in the Radcliffe quad area near Cambridge Commons). The Office of Sustainability is one of our funding sources, and they support a lot of cool intiatives. There will be refreshments, cool people doing cool green Harvard things, and overall should be a fun time. But we need confirmed hands on deck to get our car there and to represent. 

PLEASE SIGN UP FOR AS MUCH TIME AS YOU CAN HELP ON THE ATTACHED SPREADSHEET! **Even if you're new to the car, we'd love to have you representing and showing off our work! The people there will think you're cool and an expert for being involved!** We can use the Zipcar van parked outside of Pierce to get our parts there and back - team account card hasn't shipped yet, so if you have a Zipcar account you'd allow us to use, please volunteer for a driving shift if possible. (It's right here at Harvard, but we want to transport our parts safely and with minimal risk to our work.) 

Description of event:

"It is my pleasure to invite you and your SEAS Racing Car Team peers to “table” and highlight your project at the Office for Sustainability’s upcoming Sustainability Showcase and Reception on Monday, April 11^th from 3:30-5:30pm at the Knafel Center (Radcliffe Gymnasium). This year’s annual recognition event will bring our community together for a casual afternoon of refreshments, networking and interactive exhibits that highlight the breadth and depth of sustainability at Harvard. In addition to recognizing Harvard’s sustainability accomplishments this past year, we will showcase innovative student sustainability research and projects in a “Science Fair”-style format.  Our aim is to encourage the exchange of ideas, as well as facilitate connections between students, faculty and staff."
