Hello Raquel,

Please find the DWG and SLDPRT files for the laser cutter tomorrow. All pieces are to be made from 2" foam, except for the files labeled make from .5". Half inch thick foam is readily available in g12b. 2" thick foam is readily available in g11. Yes, I believe the stuff in g12b is more than adequate for our purposes, but if you want to check with Peter, feel free. When you adjust the laser settings, the foam is extruded polystyrene, I believe.

Best regards,

Joe

Slices are in our room on a back metal shelf. Cut all slices (3 slices X 2 wheels) in 2" slices, then also cut the top (bottom hole covering, not airfoil) slices in 0.5" slices, so we have choices. I'm going to go back and cut the bottom (smallest airfoil) on 0.5" slices later, so we can use the best slice combo for sanding, but Stan had to leave for lunch.

Also, FYI Elaine says they have 1" foam in basement we can use, but j think we'll be good.

I left some extra foam in stan's for now so if you're there, it's ours, feel free to use.
