Hey Snow,

Im currently trying to fill out the visa application but I had a few questions. 

Question 2.5 ask for the residence and phone numbers during my stay in China and I was wondering if we had any specific residence that we needed to put down. 

Also question 2.7 ask if we will have any sort of medical insurance coverage in China and I wasn't exactly sure what to put for that one. And finally it asks for the address and phone number of a contact person in China and I didn't know who to put.

• Visa Type: L Visa (Tourist Visa)

• The regular processing time is 4 business days;

• The fee of single entry “L” Visa for American is $130, and for Citizens of other countries is $30

1.A valid passport as well as a copy of its information page: Your valid passport must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity and at least one blank visa page in it.

3.Photo: one recent photo of 2x2 square inch (black & white or color is acceptable) glued or stapled on the application form.
