I'm departing a wonderful four bedroom rowhouse in Logan Circle and wanted to reach out on behalf of my roommates to see if you knew anyone on the market for a place in DC. The room would be roommate Mary's current room (she is taking over mine) and is very reasonable rent at $950/mo plus utilities in an amazing neighborhood (we are a few blocks from the yuppie corridor at 14th & P St).
