-Short walk to green / yellow line Metro (but bike share is just around the corner and downtown is a short ride away)

-Easy walking distance to Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights, and Shaw

-One block to 14th St and 16th St buses; street parking usually very easy

-Around the corner from Meridian Hill Park

 

Roommate:

-Respectful, tidy, and social professional in mid-to-late 20s who works at a nonprofit

-Fan of Ohio State and the Green Bay Packers, and sports generally

-Enjoys good beer, good food, and good music

-Early to bed / early to rise
