Is anyone looking for a summer sublet in Washington, DC? I live in a sweet apartment in the heart of the city with 2 roommates. One of my roommates is leaving for the summer, so we're looking for someone to fill the room. Details below.

-Start Date: as early as May 15th
-End Date: August 7th
-Location: Mass Court Apartments, 300 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20001. 5-10 minute walk to a Walmart, Safeway. Chipotle, Metro Stops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a gym, movie theater, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bowling Ally, etc. Excellent pizza place on the first floor. CVS aross the street. Also a really great Peruvian chicken place that just opened next to the Walmart.
-Size: The picture provided below is essentially our blueprint, but we also have 18' ceilings and lots of natural light. We are looking to fill bedroom #2.
-Price: Negotiable / best offer. The room comes fully furnished.
-Additional info: Our apartment complex has a free gym, a pool & hot tub on the 10th floor, and a grill/lounge area on the roof. There is also a business center with free printing, and a party room close to our room which people use to watch TV, cook, hang out, nap, study, and, of course, party. We also have an in-suite washer and dryer; a massive TV with all the channels (HBOgo, Netflix, Hulu Plus, and Amazon Instant); 2000+ movies and shows;an X-box 360, N64, and Wii.

Finally, due to some successful scheming, our room has exclusive back gate access to the courtyard (no one else has a key), and we have 2 free parking spaces just outside of our apartment.
