ROV team: Houston travel planning meeting

ROV team,

Let's meet in my office at 2:30pm tomorrow (Friday) to discuss your plans to attend the Houston competition.  The competition begins in three weeks which is the minimum amount of time necessary to make interstate plans.  Therefore, please come prepared.  Which means you should have already researched the following things I can think of off the top of my head, plus a few I haven't thought of:

* your tentative itinerary
* cost benefit analysis of various modes of transportation (bus, train, plane, car)
* transportation to/from the airport
* cost benefit analysis of competition hotel vs. other nearby hotels
* rental car information for Houston
* meal budget
* information from the MATE ROV website regarding the competition
* club travel budget status (leaving enough money to finish the ROV)
* waiver form and other paperwork
* how to ship the ROV and the deadline to do so
* other deadlines
* maps
* Is there a competition fee?

Also, before the meeting, one of you should already
* procure the login information for the MATE ROV website
* speak with Andy Newton about how much (if anything) he can donate to the club for the trip
