The deadline for requesting lunches, the kick-off reception, and the awards banquet for your students, yourself, and any other mentors was yesterday.

I'll need a response from you by the end of the day on Wednesday, June 8th - otherwise we won't have these meals for your team!

Note that it is too late to purchase reception and banquet tickets for parents traveling with the team. That deadline was also yesterday.
