HELP! Car has 0 power, Anybody has a car battery charger or portable jump start kit?

Hi,

I must have not closed my car door properly, now it is 0 power and I can't even get it to switch gear in neutral to push it for my other car to jump start it. I searched online and it appears I neither need a car batter charger or a portable jump start kit so I can charge the car while it remains in my garage.

Anyone can help?
