What:
Middlesex County, through the Middlesex County Improvement Authority, will serve as project manager through an agreement with NJ TRANSIT for the design and construction of the North Brunswick Train Station.
Part of the Main Street North Brunswick development project, this new station will reside along the Northeast Corridor Line and provide easier access to the region's transportation centers.
The station will also increase economic opportunities and investments for the residents of North Brunswick and Middlesex County.
To commemorate this partnership, Middlesex County officials, including Freeholder Director Ronald G. Rios, and North Brunswick Mayor Francis "Mac" Womack III will welcome Governor Phil Murphy, Senate President Steve Sweeney, Assembly Speaker Craig J. Coughlin, and other state and local officials to North Brunswick on October 30.
