Anyone know why spohn ranch is coming to the next meeting?

I thought you guys had all been talking about the possibility (or not possibility) of the spoon people doing the construction. I think this is the "hey, let's let them all meet and if the task force still doesn't like them then we'll do an RFP" meeting.

If it's a NO, then they need to start an RFP soon.

I think that the Spohn guy probably just got back to Jack in the form of wanting to have a meeting.

Separately, I think the Spohn wants to meet with the City much more than us. ;-)

Spahn Ranch is already a bidder and contractor with the City of Hartford so the engineering and planning depts. wanted them at the table to give their two cents.

And their parent company had to work really hard to get that Federal contract, so they don't want some upstart task force making them lose business!
