I thought you guys had all been talking about the possibility (or not possibility) of the spoon people doing the construction. I think this is the "hey, let's let them all meet and if the task force still doesn't like them then we'll do an RFP" meeting.
If it's a NO, then they need to start an RFP soon.

I think that the Spohn guy probably just got back to Jack in the form of wanting to have a meeting.
Separately, I think the Spohn wants to meet with the City much more than us. ;-)

Spahn Ranch is already a bidder and
contractor with the City of Hartford so the engineering and planning depts. wanted
them at the table to give their two cents.
