I installed CatTools on a 2003 Server. I tried to install it as a service but that didn't work - I would get weird startup errors when the service tried to start. So I uninstalled it and re-installed it in application mode. When I try to run an activity I get a 429 error. I followed the directions here: :-problems-after-reinstalling-or-upgrading-kiwi-cattools-to-my-system/
