We refer to the above matter.
Kindly be informed that the above mentioned properties is schedule for auction on 18 August 2025 (Monday).
If your firm is interested to introduce a potential bidder to Bank Islam, below are our terms and conditions:-
1. To provide the following documents for our record purposes:-
i. REA License (Form K and Q).
ii. Professional Indemnity Policy of not less than RM100,000.00.
iii. Company Profile and evidence that your firm is having at least 2 real estate agent/negotiator.
iv. Acknowledgment of Anti-Bribery & Corruption Summary
2. Introduction of a bidder to us via registration exercise. Submission of the registration must be reached to us at least 3 days before the auction date. Particulars needed for the registration exercise are as follows:-
i. Bidder’s name;
ii. Bidder’s Identification No. (Company no / NRIC);
iii. Bidder’s Address;
iv. Bidder’s Contact No;
v. Bidder’s acknowledgement that you are acting as their agent.
Note :- Kindly use your company’s letter head for all writing communication with us.
3. Kindly provide us with the following supporting documents:
i. Photocopy of Bidder’s Identity Card;
ii. Photocopy of Bankers Cheque; and
iii. Letter of authorization (If the Bidder is representing a company, or other party).
4. Applicable Commission Rate (on successful basis only):-

Kindly be reminded that the Bidder is required to adhere to the terms and conditions stated in Proclamation of Sale (POS).
In the event the successful bidder failed to pay the remaining balance of the bidding price for any reason not attributable to Bank Islam upon expiry date as stipulated in the POS, Bank Islam at its sole discretion shall only pay 10% of total commission fee to REA.
Acceptance of submission made to Bank Islam is subject to compliance of all terms and conditions stated above. Bank Islam at its sole discretion reserve the right to reject any submission without any reason whatsoever and / or prior notice to you. Bank Islam decision shall be conclusive and final.
