Book Fair Schedule

Hi all... I'm sending this to several different e-mail lists, so to those of you who get more than one copy, I apologize. I'm trying to cover all the bases.

I've attached a copy of the latest volunteer schedule for the Hart bookfair. We really need help from as many parents as possible to make this the success I know it can be.

Tomorrow, Friday, March 20 we will be continuing to set up the Fair. The more people that help, the more that can be done. If you are able to spare some time, please come to the dance studio & lend a hand.

Monday,3/23 we need another help at dismissal, about 3:00 until 4:00. The book fair gets mobbed when the children are dismissed.

Tues thru Fri. we need help first thing in the morning at drop off. Please lend a hand from 8:30 to 9:15.

Tueseday & Weds evenings we can use people to help out while the Boys & Girls Nights Out are going on. Please if you are attending BGNO with your children lend a hand at the book fair.

Tues, Weds & Thurs we need help at dismissal (1:00 - 2:00). Please let me know if you can come a little early before your conferences.

Fri, 3/27 we will need help breaking down the fair. We hope to have this done in the morning, but only if we have more volunteers.

Please let me know how and when you can help us make this book fair a huge success for the Hart students.
