Hello all....I've attached the schedule showing who has volunteered so far to help with the book fair. Set up is this Friday, and the fair goes through next week. As you can see, we have a lot of unfilled spots.
Dropoff and pick-up are very, very busy times. We should have at least 6 people at these times, Tues thru Fri 8:30 to 9:15, and pick-up Monday from 3 to 4 and Tues thru Thurs from 1:00 - 2:00. If anyone can help before you go to work or when you pick up your kids that is a huge help.
We need several people for Monday from 10:30 through the end of the day. (Monday and Tues morning the classes will be coming in for preview, so we should have at least 4 volunteers at all times on those days.)
Weds 10:30 - 11:30 we have no coverage, nor at pick-up.
Thurs we need coverage at pick up.
Fri 3/27 we need a few people to help us dismantle the fair. If we have a few volunteers we should be done by noon.
We also will need many volunteers during Boys & Girls Nights Out, Tues & Weds. If parents are planning on attending BGNO, please let me know if you can spend some of that time volunteering at the Book Fair.
As with so many things at our school, this book fair is a collaborative effort & will only be as successful as we all choose to make it. Please let me know how & when you can help us with this event.
