Kindergarten orientations-we need your help with baked goods and drinks

Hi everyone,

 

I know you are all busy helping out with Teacher appreciation week but we also have 2 kindergarten orientations next week. Please help us out and volunteer for a few things. The list is as follows:

 

Monday May 4^th orientation at 1:30-2:30

 

1 person to set up at 1PM

Small water bottles or a gallon bottle

juice

Baked goods (muffins, cookies, cake, breads etc….)

Fruit

1 person to clean up at 2:30

 

Wednesday orientation at 10-11AM

1 person to set up at 9:30am

Small water bottles or a jug of water

Orange juice

Bagels

Baked goods (muffins, coffee cake, breads etc….)

Cream cheese

Fruit

1 person to clean up at 11AM

 

Please let me know what you can do to help ASAP. All items can be left in the PTO room. If perishable please bring to Caroline in the office.

Since I am already baking muffins for appreciation week, I can make more or some type of baked bread (banana, for example) for the kindergarten orientation.

Just to remind everyone I have the following people volunteering. I could use a few more things for the orientations (see below).

 

Please indicate on everything that it is for the kindergarten orientation. We don’t want anything to get mixed up with the SAW items. You can have the kids drop items in the PTO office. If anything is perishable please let Caroline know.

I just want to remind you to check the schedules for Teacher Appreciation this week. We all are working hard but its for a great cause. You don’t have to be a terrific baker. You can easily buy baked good, snacks fruit, etc…

Thanks I have the cream chz and butter. Any kind of juice will be OK for Wednesday. It is for the parents only. So you don’t have to buy individuals.

There is a lot of goodies left over from today.  Muffins, quick breads, cheesecake(in Carolyn Lowes fridge) water & an apple juice.  I think we already have enough for Wednesday so maybe just add a 1/2 dozen bagles since you have the spreads.  I left a carafe for the juice w/ an opener on the display case in the PTO office along w/ the goods.  There is also a pto sign up sheet for anyone who is interested.  Thanks:)
