Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience as a Development Lead in full-stack application development
  • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Node.js, and JavaScript
  • Strong experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven architectures
  • Experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend services
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, coding standards, and design patterns
  • Experience with unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Experience mentoring developers and leading Agile teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end software development across the SDLC
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
  • Build high-performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka
  • Develop modern frontend applications using React and Node.js
  • Perform coding, unit testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and Business teams to deliver quality solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and user story grooming
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability and performance

Important Note

  • Java, Spring Boot, React, Node.js, REST APIs, and Kafka experience are mandatory.
  • Strong Development Lead experience with scalable application architecture is required.
  • Candidates should be hands-on with coding, Agile delivery, and production support.
