Dollar Tree is a retail company seeking entry-level individuals to join their team as Workday Shared Services Specialists, Level 1. In this role, you will help drive user adoption of Workday People Experience by managing cases and resolving user issues.
Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve submitted Cases within predetermined Service Level Agreements
Answer frequently asked questions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
Escalate recurring questions to Managers to improve training content and knowledge base articles
Attend continuing Training sessions to learn internal Workday processes and tools
Required
1 to 2 years experience with Workday and Case Management is essential
Detail-oriented and dependable, with a positive and helpful attitude
Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Proficient in computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience in high-volume environments
Background in retail and/or hospitality
Training or customer support experience
