Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience supporting and managing technology projects for HR contact centers. The ideal candidate should be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires project management skills, data analysis experience, and the ability to work at both detailed and strategic levels.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
· Deep experience in the HR domain.
· Assist in validating processes with stakeholders and translating them into business requirements.
· Support writing and editing formal business requirements.
· Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators.
· Work with business partners and IT teams on project activities.
Required Skills
· 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
· 2+ years of data analysis experience.
· 2+ years of project management experience.
· Ability to use data and analysis to drive process improvements.
· Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure business objectives are achieved.
· Strong communication skills across business, functional, and technology teams.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
· Comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
· Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Skills
· PMP, Agile, SHRM, or PHR/SPHR certifications are a plus.
· Experience implementing and maintaining People processes.
· Experience with contact center technologies such as Phone/IVR, live chat, and case management.
· AI experience with virtual chatbots.
· Experience evaluating technical solution options.
· Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
· Ability to collaborate in a virtual team environment.
