Location: Durham, NC (100% Onsite)

 

Role Description:

 

• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using Salesforce platform cloud products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud).
• Map complex business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, determining when to customize vs. use native features.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and Salesforce Product teams.
• Architect data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
• Lead technical workshops, solution reviews, and pre-sales activities.
• Mentor developers and ensure quality governance, code standards, and best practices.
• Oversee data migration, integration, and platform optimization.
• Produce technical documentation and architectural standards.
• Salesforce Solution Architects are responsible for designing and implementing robust Salesforce architectures tailored to specific business and technical requirements. They translate business needs into technical solutions, contribute to overall corporate strategy, and act as trusted advisors across all Salesforce-related projects.
