Role Description
Monitor eCommerce applications and ensure high availability and performance
Handle P1/P2 incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide quick resolution
Track and manage incidents, defects, and service requests
Provide workaround solutions and ensure permanent fixes for recurring issues
Required Skills:
Application Support & Incident Management
Experience handling P1/P2 incidents
Root cause analysis (RCA)
Incident, defect, and service request tracking and management
Ability to provide workaround solutions and implement permanent fixes
Java & Backend Development
Strong Java / J2EE fundamentals
Experience with Spring Boot / Microservices architecture
API & Integration
Experience with REST APIs
Web services debugging
Performance & Monitoring
Experience monitoring applications for availability and performance
