Job Description
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline development, cloud operations, and platform reliability initiatives for Walmart.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with DevOps practices and methodologies
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
- Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Shell, Python, Bash)
- Monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk
- Version control systems (Git)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments
- Manage cloud environments and optimize performance
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve release processes
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of applications and infrastructure
