Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and validate business requirements related to SKU creation processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand operational workflows and identify improvement opportunities
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams
Support testing cycles, including test planning, execution, and defect management
Use Jira and qTest to manage user stories, test cases, and defects
Assist with configuration, updates, and enhancements to the Power Platform application
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, provide updates, clarifications, and documentation
Ensure data accuracy and process compliance across SKU lifecycle activities
Qualifications:
Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment (5-8 years)
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Hands-on experience with testing cycles and defect tracking
Experience with Jira and qTest
Ability to work in fast-paced, complex project environments
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Background in manufacturing or product lifecycle processes
