Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions.
* Build AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent workflows.
* Develop scalable applications using Python, Node.js/Go, and React/Vue.
* Build enterprise integrations using REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL, and Webhooks.
* Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
* Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
* Optimize production deployments and support post-implementation improvements.
* Create reusable tools, integrations, and technical documentation.
### Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
* 6+ years of software engineering experience.
* 2+ years in a customer-facing engineering or solutions engineering role.
* Experience building and deploying production AI/ML applications.
* Strong expertise in Python, Node.js or Go, and React or Vue.
* Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
* Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, GraphQL, and Webhooks.
* Experience with enterprise data pipelines and system integrations.
* Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Agentic AI workflows.
* Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
* Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or AstraDB.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SLM fine-tuning, model optimization, or model distillation.
* Experience delivering enterprise Agentic AI solutions.
* Knowledge of graph databases, multimodal AI, AI guardrails, observability, and GPU infrastructure.
* Experience contributing to reusable frameworks, documentation, and engineering best practices.
