1. Every youth member shall pay their youth dues monthly, which is subject to change by elected executives in consultation with signatories, based on the prevailing economic conditions.
2. Elected executives shall have a yearly tenure of office (i.e. January to December).
3. Every member shall avail him or herself for an elected position when nominated.
4. Voting of new executives should be done on the last Saturday of November.
5. Financial reports shall be made available to all signatories every quarter.
6. Elected executives shall provide a budget for the fiscal year.
7. Elected executives should consult the members of the youth (signatories) if an activity will incur an expense of more than 50% of the total money in the youth’s savings.
8. Every youth member must attend meetings regularly and participate in all programmes and activities.
9. Every youth member placed to lead a program should inform the executives ahead of time if he or she would not be able to make it to the program.
10. This declaration is subject to change by not less than 65% of the total number of signatories.
11. Until this declaration is signed, one would not be considered as a YOUTH MEMBER OF HARRIS CHAPEL BAPTIST CHURCH.
