The Chesapeake Bay "Clean Water Blueprint" has greatly helped along >3 decades of major effort. Now, by June 7, Virginia residents are being asked to consider and push "Phase 3" of this major Cleanup to meet important 2025 Goals plus achieve the large Benefits for the >17 million Bay residents (& its many tributaries). These Forums are useful.
