Very interesting ~2 minute video of new Brock Environmental Center, which sets a high level for commercial/ educ. buildings.

There are links for more details on this building and on their public tours, if anyone is interested.

 

An encouraging example toward important and do-able goals of USA to less, or even ZERO, net energy for new buildings and commercial facilities.

Recent studies in USA showed that about 40% of our overall energy demand goes to buildings. best regards,   JB Reeves
