Increasing inclusivity in public conversation

See below for an event next Wednesday evening (April 18th) at EMU where those of us who host, participate in, and facilitate different forms of public talk will engage in an interactive dialogue about the limitations
of our approaches regarding their degrees of inclusivity. Then, we will brainstorm what we might start to do to expand our awareness, capacity, and competency for enabling inclusive, community-based public talk.
When you click through the registration link, you will read that there will be language interpretation services available to those who request it to increase accessibility of the event (even though the form is in English - please
help those who want to participate access this form on our behalf.) We are particularly interested in bringing together people with diverse perspectives and experiences to share.
