[animeclub] Apply to Board!

Heyy everyone!

As announced in club last week, we have open positions on board since many of our seniors are graduating. If you are interested in having more say in how club is run or just want to get to know everyone in club a little better consider applying to board (especially if you're a freshman or sophomore!)

Short descriptions for the open roles are in the form. These are Treasurer, Social Chair, Design Team and General Board.

Note that for Design, in the past we've usually had a team of 2 or more members so you should be comfortable with collaborating on design ideas.
