Virtual meeting on Sunday June 6th at 7pm

attendance;
Scooter, Goody, Eric K, Cabbage, Rubber
1) confirmed that we will need 2 fields - Goody to reserve Dauphin Co Votech field
max 24 teams, 12 men & 12 women
2) questions to be answered by vo-tech before signing agreement (to be done by end of week of May 17th (Goody / Scooter)
3) If Vo-tech is a good, things that need assigned by June 1st
a) New Fangled Brewer sponsorship/ social set up
b) Food Truck contact & set up, 3-5 trucks
c) Port-o-jon order (Goody)
d) steam roller invite (Scott Stratton)
e) t-shirt pre order, design by May 28th, order by June 6th
d) Ref invites (S Statton)
f) trash remove order (Goody)
g) order golf cart / buggy / gator (Tom Hallowell)
h) field set up (Field General W. Edris)
4) Tournament fee is set at $300 until June 1st, then goes up to $350. Week of Tournament fee is set at $400. (Eric K)
5) items needed at vo-tech
a) generator to run PA system
b) 3-4 tables
c) 3-4 10x10 tents
d) supplies from shed(paint liners, tournament board, trash cans, pads, post, & flags)
e) field paint supplies orders (2 case paint)
f) fix uprights and get to field
6) resend EPRU registration form (wrong address on website)(Goody)
7) order $1mil liability insurance from USA RUgby (Goody)
8) next meeting June 6th Sunday 7pm, virtual
9) final meeting June 23rd, in person at Memorial in Highspire
