Thanks for your support and effectively this problem was solved. Netmodem running smoothly 108737 as tested.

Please could I write down the results of this test as follows:

example:

The 1dB Compression Test successfully completed:
Initial Tx = ?
Maximum Tx = ?
1 dB compression point = ?

Hi Juan,

The I have tested remote 108737 and it has passed -22 to -17

I believe this was a replacement modem to resolve a DHCP issue.

Can you advise if this issue has been fixed?
