The netmodem 112398 are presenting issues. We can use the one that we have as spare (108737)
Could you please request as soon as you can at CSC to configure the new one replacing the bad one? In order to generate the OPT file and been load it into the new netmodem by our HCC tech in Anaco base.
After troubleshooting, we determinate that TX port has no sent any power to the BUC, it receive signal properly, but with remote or local access was no able to get it operational due TX issues at the modem side.
The file attached have the information to replace the serial.

Buenas tardes Sr: Briahayan,
Me reporta el Tec. Juan Gonzalez en compañia del Sr. Carlos Morales (apoyo) desde la Base de SLB Anaco, que después de haber hecho todas estas actividades con el apoyo del personal HARRIS de Bogotá y el CSC el módem permanece en las mismas condiciones los sintetizador de transmisión se bloquea (SINTETIZADOR TX Desbloqueado).
Por lo que solicitamos en reemplazo de la unidad 112398 para completar la actividad pendiente (cierre de TT).
El Sr. Carlos me envio el S/N: 108737 unidad nueva ubicada actualmente en el Warehouse Anaco. Nos mantendremos prevenidos para la carga de el OPT cuando usted nos indique y posterior entrega al cliente SLB.
Nota: Por favor necesitamos saber si la custodia de la unidad con falla (112398) estara en poder de el personal de SLB o en nuestro inventario de equipos en el Warehouse Anaco.
