It's Earth Month, and what better way to honor our planet by keeping crayons and plastic out of landfills - to be repurposed and re-used.  Check out these two different opportunities to donate broken/unwanted crayons and Lego Pieces and sets.  Both programs provide you with a free or reduced-rate shipping label for your box.

1. Collect and ship used, unwanted crayons.  They will be re-manufactured and shipped to kids in hospitals in each of the 50 states.

2. Donate your LEGO sets or bricks. LEGO has multiple donation partners who proudly give your much-loved LEGO bricks a new life.  The children who receive the bricks continue to play with them, creating endlessly.  (Learned about this from Gretchen and her friend, Kristen Bell.)

Please share with teachers, parents, scout leaders (there are merit badges for kids who want to organize a crayon drive) etc.

Thanks!
